Costa Rica: Part 3

We took so many great photos from our trip in Costa Rica, and I’ve having a hard time selecting the photos to share because I want to post them all.

We went on this excursion call “Unique Cano Negro”; here is the description from the brochure:

“The wildlife reserve Cano Negro is one of the most important reserves for incredible birth watching and observation of wildlife in Costa Rica. Cano Negro is also the home of numerous animals and tropical plants. After having a short welcoming snack & drink, we will slowly and silently cruise to this exceptional river in our comfortable boat where you can enjoy the beautiful flora and fauna. Upon return you will be served a typical, delicious lunch in the restaurant “El Caiman” which is nicely placed on the riverbank of “Rio Frio”.

We really enjoyed this excursion; here are some photos of the things we saw through Nikon 5100 with 55-300 mm lens. Please click on the photos for the larger view.

During our stay at Hotel Linda Vista Del Norte, these pretties visited us very morning outside our window. I kind of missed them and the amazing volcano view.
